At 235 lbs, the stress eating from Covid, team turnover, and a business model that needed an overhaul were starting to show its effects on the scale and the pain in my arthritic knees.
I'd busted my knee a year earlier while training for a half marathon and as a result, my quad muscle atrophied from lack of use, and I had to admit the nightly glass of wine wasn't helping either.
I saw a social media post from a friend Curtis about his own Covid pivot when his thriving in-person gyms were shut down on that fateful March day of 2020.

I'm not naive enough to believe that this is ONLY because of WRKOUT.
I still have to show up and do the work, stop eating chips & salsa each night, and ensure I hydrate.
