Beth has always been extremely passionate about fitness. She was a competitive gymnast for over a decade and also participated in swimming, soccer, track, skating and trampoline. Beth is a true sports enthusiast and loves participating in activities that challenge her athletic abilities. She loves the energy that comes along with exercise! Besides personal training, she teaches boxing, Bootcamp, spin, and functional and strength training classes.
Beth lives a clean and healthy life and is incredibly proud of that. Beth doesn't just talk the talk - she walks the walk! She's a natural motivator, extraordinarily determined, and passionate about all things health and fitness. Beth’s clients will vouch for her - the testimonials she has received are incredible, and with good reason - she genuinely cares about her clients! Helping her clients realize their potential is one of the things she loves most about personal training.
Beth trains all ages and all stages - from those just starting their fitness journey to the novice athlete. In 2012, Beth's emotional and physical strength was tested when she underwent an emergency Spinal Fusion and had to care for her two kids. Beth refused to look at her spinal surgery as a negative. She was the opposite; her highly positive attitude kept her focused throughout her recovery. Instead of taking the "woe is me” attitude, she saw things as a blessing in disguise. She saw it as an opportunity to grow emotionally and strengthen herself physically. Beth saw a chance to become a role model for her children and others. When doctors gave her the go-ahead, she trained vigorously and educated herself further, and she is now, without a doubt, the strongest she has ever been! Her philosophy is simple; if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.
