Beth has always been extremely passionate about fitness. She was a competitive gymnast for over a decade and also participated in swimming, soccer, track, skating and trampoline. Beth is a true sports enthusiast and she loves participating in activities that challenge her athletic abilities.  Besides personal training, she also teaches boxing, bootcamp, spin, functional and strength training classes.  She loves the energy that comes along with exercise!

Beth lives a clean and healthy life and she is extremely proud of that. Beth doesn't just talk the talk - she walks the walk! She's a natural motivator and she is extremely determined and incredibly passionate about all things health and fitness related.  Beth’s clients will vouch for her -  the testimonials she has received are incredible and with good reason - she genuinely cares about her clients!  Helping her MOVRS realize their potential is one of the things she loves most about Personal Training.

Beth trains all ages and all stages - from those who are just starting their fitness journey to the novice athlete. In 2012, Beth's emotional and physical strength was put to the test when she underwent an emergency Spinal Fusion and also had to care for her 2 kids.  Beth refused to look at her spinal surgery as a negative.  In fact, she was the opposite…. Her extremely positive attitude kept her focused throughout her recovery. Instead of taking the "woe is me' attitude she looked at things as a blessing in disguise. She saw it as an opportunity to grow emotionally and strengthen herself physically as well. Beth saw a chance to become a role model for her children and others. When doctors gave her the go ahead, she trained vigorously, educated herself further and she is now without a doubt the strongest she has ever been!Her philosophy is simple… if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.
