Welcome MOVRS! Edward's here to help you develop healthy exercise habits, create a mindset for success, and increase all-round strength, balance and endurance. His coaching journey came to fruition through passion for movement and the desire to help people gain strength and mobility, have more energy, and feel better throughout their daily lives. His goal as a TRNR is to help people train for strength and longevity by creating an environment that fosters consistency and efficiency. Kettlebells are his preferred method but no matter what tools a MOVR has, Ed is determined to give you a one of a kind experience on WRKOUT.
Edward is no stranger to the pursuit of physical mastery. Prior to becoming a TRNR, he pursued a passion for Breaking (aka Breakdancing), which allowed him to express himself physically and emotionally as a competitive athlete and artist. With over 15 years of experience as a competitor and performer, he has spent almost half of those years as a youth educator, teaching a complex and athletic dance style to beginners, and happily continues to do so to this day.
A shift began in 2018 where a culmination of burnout, athletic injuries and the declining health of family members close to him brought him to a crossroads. He knew that something needed to change, that there was more to be done, and he started with himself. Ed bought his first 30LB kettlebell and dived into the world of strength training. Combining the theoretical knowledge gained from his Diploma with the practical experience from dancing, he gravitated towards Bodyweight and Hard-style Kettlebell Training as a way to compliment his skillset. As his strength and skills developed further, the desire to help others continued to grow.
Ed is now ready to be in service to others and guide them towards improved health. He aims to provide a comprehensive, and sustainable approach, keeping things within reach from the moment you meet Ed. No matter the goal, MOVRS who prioritize their health and well-being can expect all-inclusive support.
