Fitness and wellness are more than just working out. It’s about feeling energized, moving with ease, living passionately, and connection with other like-minded people. Most importantly- it’s a connection with our self. Elizabeth believes the athlete in each of us still exists; maybe they're waiting be unleashed! Life gets hectic and in the way of our sporty, fun and/or competitive spirits. Sometimes we need to get our mojos back.
Elizabeth believes we all have an inner athlete and that athlete still craves competition, being part of a team, and being a part of something bigger. She built this culture deliberately: honoring your body, and making sure benefits outweigh the risks, then choosing confidently and accordingly. Focus on what works, and commit the time to training weaker links. Time is precious, and training needs to be functional and efficient.
Elizabeth believes in training the inside as well as the outside. We need to get you feeling good, inside and out because positive emotion is your greatest measure of success. Wellness coaching and individual transition plans help you get where you need to be. So who is Elizabeth? She is an empathetic ass -kicker, emotion evoker, magic maker. She’s a fitness instructor, trainer, international presenter and educator, mentor, wellness coach, counselor, consultant, and business owner.
She loves things that sparkle, big (ish) hair, food without lots of shit on it and of personal space. She love to hit it in the gym, smash goals, challenge her body but also loves bubbles, laughing ‘til it hurts and a really good time. Elizabeth would love to live life in either gym clothes or evening gowns or sun dresses. She is incapable of loving or caring only half-way. Elizabeth a hurricane of grace- you’re either ready for her, or you’re not.
