Glenn works with the 50+ age group, challenging individuals to explore whatever activities they love to engage in, whether it's golfing, gardening, getting ready for an upcoming adventure with the grandkids, or simply making daily movement easier and less painful. He will make you stronger and more fit for handling life's various activities. You'll notice within a relatively short time: greater confidence, mobility, and strength in your body.

His journey into helping others with their fitness goals started after seeing the impact that aging can have on the 50+ age group. Glenn quickly discovered that helping others was one of the most fulfilling and gratifying things he could do, but he had to do it for himself first. Shortly after challenging himself to compete in a sprint triathlon, he decided to take his first ever martial arts class in Taekwondo at the age of 59, eventually receiving a 2nd degree black-belt at the age of 65. It was then that Glenn decided to "kick it into high gear" and begin helping others.

It's Glenn's passion to help others in their fitness. He personalizes their sessions to be of the greatest benefit possible for each MOVR. These sessions are not designed to give them 6-pack abs or train for the next marathon, but rather to make them feel better through creating greater mobility, range of motion, flexibility, balance and strength. Glenn looks forward to serving you!
