Having support, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, is a must. You choose you, and Jayne does too!  Her non-judgemental, varied services and a meet you where you are at, and this philosophy drives her to create community and friendships built upon staying active, and looking after yourself, your family and others as you age.  Getting back in shape, or back on track shouldn’t be a challenge ~ ever.  It’s a journey!  It’s an amazing discovery, and empowering lifestyle decision to become a better version of the already amazing you ~ anyone can make!

Her business, reFRESH Active Aging is founded on the principles of staying active, healthy and fit as we age.  Her group fitness classes called Jayne's Sweat Squad, are all about a community with an understanding you need to move to be fit...not being fit to move ! Jayne believes in finding the pleasure in fitness, and in the work needed to move forward. And, while there will be some sore muscles and uphill battles along the way, the benefits are always worth the occasional sore muscle.

Jayne has been getting MOVRS on track to being that better version of themselves for years: her focus is on aging actively.  She works with the 40+ demographic to keep them moving as they age. Whether that's seeking to lose a few pounds, gain strength, or simply have the ability to perform everyday movements in order to optimize health and enjoy those opportunities to enhance quality of life.

There many facets of health and fitness, and Jayne is well versed in to support you on your health and fitness journey.  From Weight Loss Management, to Functional Medicine, she has Life Coaching Skills to help you change behaviour with good choices.  This is through Functional everyday movements, body weight exercises, HIIT Training, Strength Training, Resistance Training and Sport Nutrition and.or Meal Planning. It is all there!  Jayne would love to work with you!
