With 20 years experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, Jill is passionate about helping women in mid-life feel their best. After years of doing all the right things to stay fit and healthy, Jill was shocked when all those "right" things stopped working for her; she experienced weight gain, fatigue, insomnia, cravings, mood swings and more.After much frustration that the industry standard prescription of "eat less, exercise more" was no longer working for her, Jill took a deep dive into women's health, physiology and hormones. She learned more in 2 years about women's health than in her previous 18 years in the fitness industry. And what she learned sparked a new fire and propelled her to change her approach to working with women in mid-lifeUsing her new knowledge of women's health, Jill is now a Certified Holistic Health Coach focusing on helping with women address hormone imbalances that may be impacting their health and wellness.
