Growing up as an athlete and then a competitive soccer player in her adult years, Julie has always had a passion for fitness and how the body moves.  Her goal with JOGA is educating and giving MOVRs tools to help them achieve a superior functioning body.  With the movement sequencing and breathing techniques, she wants the MOVR to not only feel the changes happening in their bodies but understand the why behind the movement, breath pattern and relaxation techniques.

If you are looking for a modality to help complement your training sessions, you will not be disappointed in JOGA.  Julie will take you through every movement and break it down.  JOGA is an athletic-based style of yoga that incorporates a blend of dynamic and static movements to find a balance in strength and flexibility.  Julie has found her clients sleep better, move better and just overall feel recharged after a JOGA session.  She can't wait to share JOGA with you!
