Growing up playing hockey, I always found myself gravitating towards my performance off of the ice. Looking for ways to better my performance through movement, biomechanics and neurochemistry. Combine this with the constant striving for improvement, I soon came into the fitness industry with the goal of pushing people to realizing their true potential.

My belief is that the majority of people never give themselves the credit they deserve. I see it as my job to be the one to help them reach heights they have never even dreamt off. Both in the gym and out. My ultimate goal is for you to never have to second guess yourself again...for anything.
