Sydney is a passionate fitness & yoga teacher, with her journey beginning in 2015 in Bali, Indonesia, where she became a yoga teacher. She's always loved the combination of teaching both yoga and fitness classes. She loves yoga for its flow, movement, mindfulness and philosophy and loves fitness for its energy, power and functionality. She's been leading many styles of yoga practices that allow students to dive in both physically and mentally.

Sydney has been teaching group fitness classes that emphasize a challenge but provides accessibility to individual students. She creates an inclusive environment when teaching, making sure that individual students can all reach their goals without pain and accommodating any injury. In 2020, Sydney became a Personal Trainer, diving into individualized strategic programming. She values training that teaches clients how to perform exercises safely, efficiently and effectively in order to train pain-free, while having fun.

In 2020 Sydney also became a Lead Teacher Trainer with Oxygen Yoga and Fitness where she teaches students to become yoga teachers. She admires teaching others and helping others learn what they are capable of - and that is - that they are capable of reaching their goals. She'ss made yoga & fitness not only her job, but a part of her lifestyle. Everything she does is with the intention to inspire others to live out their dreams and create a healthy lifestyle.

Her life is well balanced between restorative meditations and energetic high intensity workouts. When Sydney is not teaching or training, she is learning! Sydney is a few courses away from obtaining a Business Administration Degree in Human Resources Management. She applies her business skills to the yoga and fitness industry to create more ways and provide more opportunities for people to live out their dream.
