Tricia has always been an active and energetic person, playing field hockey in college and continuing to take dance classes as an adult when she could. Somehow she always underestimated its importance to herphysical, emotional, and mental health. For most of her life she was silently dealing with an endocrine disorder that by her mid-30s was spinning out of control. Tricia finally decided to take matters into her own hands. After much research and a dramatic lifestyle change, she learned how to not only survive, but thrive.
Tricia's motto in life and fitness is: "Rome wasn't built in a day. Patience, perseverance, support, and a whole lot of humor, can get you through most days." She's excited to share her infectious energy with the WRKOUT community! There will be days when all you can do as a MOVR is show up, and that is half the battle. Tricia will meet you where you are with understanding and provide a great wrkout that will make you feel accomplished and stronger than when you started.
Tricia offers MOVRs programs that will increase your range of motion, core stability, overall strength, balance, and mobility. Some of her favorite formats are Balance & Mobility, Full Body Strength, Restore, Barre, HIIT, Tabata, and Suspension training. She believes in a well-rounded approach to fitness and incorporates a wide range of modalities to benefit a MOVR's overall health. Creating healthy habits can be an overwhelming process, but it can also be fun with the right support! If you need a friend to help you create healthy habits Tricia is the TRNR for you.
When not with clients, Tricia loves getting creative in the kitchen, going for hikes with her husband and dog, seeing live music, entertaining, dancing, and laughing as much as possible.
